Owasso City Hall
The City of Owasso engaged BKL to remodel and renovate a former bank building that was purchased to become the new offices for City Hall. The existing building was built originally in the 1960’s. A large two story addition was added in the 1980’s that made the building 28,000 SF. The building anchors one end of Main Street. Our design engages the Main Street elevation in order to become part of the revival of the downtown area. The building is being renovated by using as much of the existing office spaces as possible. We have been judicious with demolition and replacement of existing fixtures, walls and materials in order to maintain the budget.
