BKL was founded in 1946. We began our long-standing service by providing Civil Engineering services in Oklahoma on such landmark projects as:
- Tulsa Metropolitan Expressway System Master Plan
- Tulsa Port of Catoosa
- Tulsa’s North and Southside Wastewater Treatment Plants
- Original roadway and bridge designs for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority
Since adding Architectural services in 1969, BKL has become an authority in Public Safety Architecture as well as a leader in the design of municipal, institutional, civic, and justice facilities.
